Wellness, like wealth, is meant to be generational.

First Generation Wellness (FGW) is a growing network and future platform designed to connect wellness seekers with trusted practitioners across modalities — while helping people build, share, and sustain their personal wellness legacy.

FGW exists to make wellness more accessible, understandable, and connected — not just as a personal pursuit, but as something that can be taught, shared, and passed forward.

Why First Generation Wellness Exists

First Generation Wellness was born from lived experience.

As both a first-generation wellness seeker and practitioner, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find aligned, culturally competent, and values-based care — especially outside of traditional systems. Too often, people are left to navigate wellness alone, without education, language, knowledge or access to what actually exists.

In real client moments, this gap became impossible to ignore — particularly when someone needed support beyond my scope and finding the right practitioner proved far more difficult than it should be.

FGW exists to bridge that gap.

What We’re Building

First Generation Wellness is building a network that:

  • Connects wellness seekers with practitioners across a wide range of modalities — from traditional therapy and coaching to breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, hypnosis, movement, creative healing, and community-based care

  • Educates people on the full spectrum of wellness options available to them

  • Increases visibility and access for practitioners doing meaningful, integrity-led work

  • Helps individuals design and share their wellness legacy — so care is not gatekept, but passed forward

This is wellness as infrastructure.

Not a trend. Not a luxury.

A foundation for how we live, work, and care for one another.

Where We Are Now

First Generation Wellness is currently in its early building phase.

Right now, we are intentionally gathering:

  • wellness seekers who want to explore what’s possible for their well-being

  • practitioners who want to be part of a more connected, values-driven ecosystem

As the network grows, so will opportunities for education, connection, discovery, and collaboration.

A Note on Intention

FGW is not a marketplace built on urgency or volume.

It is a long-term ecosystem built on trust, education, and care.

Wellness isn’t something we stumble into alone.

It’s something we build together — and pass forward.
